Well lucky for you the WAM team have tried and tested some of these home workouts and compiled a list of our favourites for your At Home viewing – you can even try them out if you want 😉

 

  • KRISSY CELA  The Female Fitness Trainer

Ladies you only need to look at Krissy Cela to know she means business. With over 2 million Instagram followers and a separate fitness app – @toneandsculptapp. Krissy is no beginner to self workouts with and without equipment. I’ve been following her workouts for some time in the gym, and its great to see she has adapted these to working out from home. My favourite was the Sofa Workout. Simple moves but trust me they’re much harder on against a cushioned base. Go on, give it a try….

 

  • TYSON FURY   The erm… Heavyweight Champion of the World!

Yes that’s right! The Gypsy King and his wife Paris have been going live everyday at 9am with their hilarious home workouts. The first one consisted of his exercise list written in crayon! But don’t be fooled by their generous laughs and crazy dance music – these workouts will have you sweating! If you hate working out but want to keep fit and keep moving, please give these a go – even just for the fun and laughs! Tip; Click on his stories to follow the workout at a later time if you can’t make 9am!

 

  • GABBY DAWN ALLEN   The Love Islander

Pre Love Island Gabby was already a personal trainer, and since appearing on the show she has continued to train as well as release her own book and sportswear range, trust me this gal knows her stuff! Every morning at 10am Gabby goes live on her Instagram page with well instructed workouts focusing on a different part of the body each day of the week – and a new schedule per week (Now THAT’s productive!) I found the workouts easy to follow, and with different levels for whatever stage of fitness you might be. Again if you’re not free at 10am you can catch up with the videos later and Gabby also posts the full workout on her feed afterwards.

 

 

  • BRADLEY SIMMONDS  The Celebrity Coach

Bradley has worked with a range of clientele including footballers & TV stars, and was one of the first fitness trainers to use Instagram as a technique to showcase his work to the world. As we went into this lockdown phase Bradley was already posting up at home workouts and has now put together weekly schedules like Gabby (Above). This week he will be posting up to 3 workouts a day! Thats right, at approx 8am, 10am & 6pm and will include collaborations with footballer Jermaine Jenas and athlete Adam Gemili.

 

  • MACIELA STREETZ  The Kobox PT

Maciela is one of the fitness trainers at Kobox Boxing Club in London. Kobox has been ‘on the scene’ for a while now, and are well known for their full body boxing inspired workouts. Maciela is offering online workouts every Wednesday as well as posting a range of home workouts on her feed. I tried the ‘Kobox workout from the park’ but did this in my garden and let me tell you it was KILLER! The workout is split into 4 rounds and a warm up. I was sweating from the warm up! If you a real gym goer and looking for a satisfying workout I would recommend this.
