Following in the footsteps (quite literally) of Cara, Rihanna and Kylie Jenner, Sophia Webster – known for her Butterfly embellished, tropical and colourful footwear joins German sports label PUMA for a stunning ath-leaisure collaboration.

The collaboration sees Webster’s Bibi Butterfly, Lacey and Rosalind styles transformed in to a Puma creeper, a perfect addition to any stylista’s wardrobe. The designs are very fashion forward and are certainly designed with Sophia’s creativity and fun style at the forefront, with many of the designs for those who place dance as a priority in their exercise regime with sheer leotards, cut-out leggings and crop-tops emblazoned with an Instagram-friendly unicorn design.

The sliders and trainers do come laced with her trademark Butterfly design, not a huge cry from the aesthetic that saw her pick up the Vogue/BFC Fashion Fund award in 2016.

‘Partnering with Puma has been fantastic as they allowed me full creative control of all the entire collection of footwear and apparel. So, for me it was my first opportunity to design ready-to-wear and think of how my aesthetic would translate into womenswear. I have loved the challenge.’ States Webster in an interview with Vogue on her ready to wear collection.

After the initial launch at sophiawebster.com, the collection will launch globally in Puma stores, Puma.com and select retailers around the world on September 9, 2017.
