Jo has been running The Refuge social since 2016. Throughout that time she has grown the accounts from a standing start to over 56,000 followers.
Her local knowledge and tone of voice, volume of ideas for content and commitment to community management have all made The Refuge’s social channels a great success. When working with other social media managers across the business, I will always point them towards The Refuge channels for inspiration, as well as an example of the quality that I’m expecting.
